Role Description
This full-time Field Sales Manager role is an on-site position based in Surat. The Field Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Additional responsibilities include managing sales strategies, preparing reports, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with the marketing team to develop campaigns to drive sales. The role also involves providing clients with product demonstrations and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Qualifications
- Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Business development skills, including identifying new opportunities and relationship management
- Market analysis and strategic planning capabilities
- Proficiency in communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in an on-site environment
- Proven experience in sales management is preferred
- Familiarity with LED signage or display technology is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
