Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive who is passionate about meeting clients, building relationships, and driving business growth. This role offers excellent earning potential through incentives and long-term client acquisition commissions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential clients through field visits
• Generate new business opportunities and close deals
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Promote company services effectively
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Maintain records of client interactions and follow-ups

Earning Potential:

• Fixed Salary: Up to ₹10,000/month
• Attractive Incentives on every closure
• Additional Client Acquisition Commission (earn as long as the client stays with the company)

Requirements:

• Minimum Graduate preferred
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings
• Basic understanding of sales and customer handling
