The role involves conducting field sales operations to promote and sell PAYTM services and products. The Field Sales Executive will engage with merchants, identify sales opportunities, develop customer relationships, and provide ongoing support to clients. They will also gather feedback to enhance product offerings and maintain a strong understanding of market trends to achieve sales targets. Qualifications Proven skills in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management Ability to communicate effectively, negotiate, and resolve client concerns Strong knowledge of Payment Services, Market Research, and Sales Strategy Time management, adaptability, and self-motivated to achieve sales goals Experience with merchant engagement or B2B sales is a plus Bachelor?s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
