Role Description

We are hiring a Field Sales Executive to join our growing team in Bihar. This is a field-based sales role that requires candidates to visit potential clients, meet business owners and decision-makers, understand their requirements, present ParivartanX’s products and services, and generate new business opportunities.

The candidate will be responsible for building strong client relationships, conducting regular field visits, following up with prospects, and contributing to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit potential clients and businesses in assigned areas

• Generate new leads through field visits and direct outreach

• Meet business owners and decision-makers in person

• Present and explain ParivartanX’s software products and IT services

• Understand client requirements and identify suitable solutions

• Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective clients

• Support negotiations and help close sales opportunities

• Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and follow-ups

• Achieve assigned sales and business development targets

• Coordinate with internal and technical teams when required

Who We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Confident in face-to-face client meetings

• Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented

• Willing to travel locally for field visits

• Basic understanding of sales and customer relationship management

• Ability to learn about software products and technology services

• Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome

• Experienced sales candidates are also encouraged to apply
