Field Sales Executive

This is a full-time on-site role based in Kolkata for a Field Sales Executive. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, identifying and approaching potential customers, explaining insurance products and services, driving policy sales, and maintaining relationships with clients. The role also involves achieving sales targets, managing field operations efficiently, and providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

• Sales and negotiation skills to identify client needs and close deals successfully
• Proficiency in customer relationship management and ability to maintain professional client interactions
• Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Analytical abilities and the capacity to meet and exceed sales targets
• Knowledge of the insurance industry and products, including Motor, Health, Life, and Travel insurance, is an added advantage
• Flexibility to travel within the designated area and independently manage field sales
• Proficiency in local languages is a plus
• High school diploma; a bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or related field is preferred
