Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Sales Executive based in Himachal Pradesh. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, promoting products, and achieving sales targets and marketing & advertising. The role involves meeting clients, conducting product demonstrations, providing recommendations to fulfill customer needs, and ensuring timely follow-ups. The position also entails preparing sales reports and collaborating with the store team to deliver seamless service to customers.

Qualifications

• Sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Marketing and advertising skills
• Customer relationship management and communication skills to build trust and long-term partnerships
• Knowledge of paint and hardware products or a similar industry is highly preferred
• Ability to conduct product demonstrations and understand client requirements
• Strong organizational skills, time management, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within assigned territories
• Proven experience in sales or a related field is an advantage
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
