Role Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Field Sales Executive to join our team in Gorakhpur. In this full-time, on-site role, you will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential clients, presenting our solar energy solutions, and closing sales deals. You will also conduct site visits, customize proposals based on customer needs, and build strong relationships with clients. Additionally, you will collaborate with the internal team to ensure customer satisfaction, meet sales targets, and contribute to the growth of clean energy adoption.

Qualifications

• Sales and Business Development skills, including customer relationship building, lead generation, and closing sales deals
• Communication and Presentation skills to effectively explain and demonstrate solar solutions
• Understanding of Renewable Energy Solutions and Solar Energy Systems is a plus
• Problem-Solving and Negotiation skills to address customer objections and provide tailored solutions
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple client accounts and meet deadlines
• Willingness to work on-site in Gorakhpur and travel for client meetings as required
• Previous experience in sales or renewable energy is advantageous but not mandatory
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, or a related field preferred
