Role Description
The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, building a client base, and selling tailor-made insurance products. Daily tasks include conducting outreach activities, meeting with potential and existing customers, understanding client needs, and providing appropriate life insurance solutions. Additional responsibilities involve maintaining customer relationships and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction while meeting sales targets. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Vadodara.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in sales, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to nurture and build client relationships
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and problem-solving skills
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet sales targets
- Local language proficiency and knowledge of the region are a plus
- Minimum of a high school diploma, with a bachelor’s degree being an advantage
- Previous experience in sales or insurance is preferred but not mandatory
