Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Surat for a Field Sales Executive at Grando Solar Energy. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for developing sales strategies to attract new clients, identifying and generating leads, and consistently achieving sales targets. Key tasks include building strong client relationships, understanding customer energy needs, conducting site visits, and delivering product presentations. The role also involves collaborating with the in-house team to ensure seamless project execution and maintaining a deep understanding of the solar energy sector.
Qualifications
- Sales and Business Development skills, including lead generation, client acquisition, and meeting sales targets
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills to establish and maintain client relationships
- Basic understanding of Solar Energy solutions and the ability to explain technical concepts in a simple manner
- Proficiency in Problem Solving, Negotiation, and Decision Making to address client needs effectively
- Self-motivation and time management skills to work independently and meet deadlines
- Previous experience in field sales or solar energy sales is an asset
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area for client meetings and site assessments
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
