Job Description
ROLE SUMMARY
Our Property Sales team is responsible for selling properties from our inventory. As a Sales Associate / Sr. Sales Associate, you will be the first point of contact. You will work closely with the Sales Manager and drive sales across micro-markets in Bangalore through customer interaction and strong field sales presence.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Communicating effectively with customers and following up on leads
Building relationships with Channel Partners (brokers)
Understanding customer needs and identifying sales opportunities
- Conducting site visits and field sales activities
- Managing customer database and providing timely responses
- Demonstrating product features and positioning against competitors
- Executing upselling strategies and qualifying new leads
- Closing deals and achieving sales targets
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BRING?
1–5 years of experience (Real Estate / Hospitality / Automobile / Insurance)
- Strong field sales experience and excellent communication skills
- Good negotiation and customer service skills
- Target-driven, proactive, and organized
- Ability to manage multiple customer conversations
- Willingness to travel across Bangalore
