This is a full-time Field Sales Executive position located on-site in Serilingampalli. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. The Field Sales Executive will conduct market research, deliver presentations to potential customers, and provide exceptional customer support. Additionally, the role requires maintaining accurate sales records, preparing reports, and collaborating with the marketing and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Solid market research and data analysis skills to identify potential clients and opportunities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients and presenting business proposals
• Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and travel locally as required
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
• Experience in the clean-tech, energy, or waste management sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, or a related field
