Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Ludhiana for a Field Sales Engineer. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and driving sales growth of our extensive cutting tool portfolio, conducting technical presentations and on-site product demonstrations, providing timely technical support and tailored solutions, analyzing customer requirements to deliver customized recommendations, maintaining comprehensive customer records, and collaborating closely with internal teams to execute promotional campaigns and training workshops.

Qualifications

Essential:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience in technical sales, application engineering, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles, machining processes, and cutting tool applications.

Desirable:

• Previous exposure to sales roles or internships within industrial manufacturing environments.
• Experience with CNC machining operations or cutting tool technologies.

Skills and Competencies:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident presenter with the ability to clearly convey technical information.
• Strong interpersonal skills for building lasting customer relationships.
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, capable of working independently and collaboratively.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
