Profile - Field Procurement Executive

Salary - 25,000 - 35,000 per month

Location - Delhi/NCR

Job Description:-

1. Effectively manage Operations, Financial & Techno-Commercial activities, Strategy Planning of procurement.

2. In-depth market understanding of Agri /Agro commodities complex eg. gaina,spices

3. Candidate must have sound experience about sourcing locations/purchase area of each commodity along with procurement and logistics handling.

4. Proficient Skills of Quality Inspection/attributes of commodities have to understand.

5. To ensure implementation of sound procurement processes and strategies to achieve the set objective.

6. To direct, motivate and guide strategic buyers towards meeting of their individual and hence the departments objectives.

7. Independent Management of diverse stakeholders.

8. Set a growth trajectory and improve bottom line/profitability of the business.

9. Ensure customer satisfaction through quality improvement and timely delivery and departmental administration.

10. Head the entire Sourcing initiatives. This involves National level trading products, direct farmer purchase, Fruits, Exotics.

11. Maintain the good relation with Farmers and Vendors.

12. Fully responsible for right buying from Farm / Market with better buying margin for the F&V category ensuring fill-rates for sales.

13. Procurement of F&V based on company's quality norms and specifications.
