Job Description

Field Operations & Deployment

• Plan and manage field deployments, logistics, manpower, and operational requirements.
• Ensure timely and efficient execution as per project scope and client expectations.
• Monitor live operations and resolve on-ground issues proactively.

Financial & Vendor Management

• Validate operational expenses, vendor bills, travel, and accommodation costs.
• Track budgets and ensure accurate documentation and reconciliations.
• Manage vendors, freelancers, and service partners while ensuring SLA and compliance adherence.

SOPs & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to operational SOPs, safety standards, and company policies.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and support compliance processes.
• Identify operational gaps and recommend process improvements.

Team Leadership

• Lead and manage Field Coordinators, Supervisors, and support staff.
• Allocate responsibilities, monitor performance, and ensure operational readiness.
• Provide guidance, training, and escalation support during deployments.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement

• Maintain deployment reports, operational trackers, and vendor records.
• Share regular updates with management and stakeholders.
• Drive operational improvements based on feedback and field analysis.

Job Requirement

Requirements

• 6–8 years of experience in field operations, logistics, or operations management.
• Proven experience managing deployments, vendors, and field teams.
• Strong exposure to budgeting, expense validation, and operational reporting.
• Proficiency in operational and project management tools.
• Graduate in any discipline; operations or management background preferred.
