F&B Supervisor (Canteen & Canteen Store Operations)

Department: Administration (Catering)

Job Purpose: To supervise day-to-day industrial canteen operations, ensuring food service quality, high level of hygiene, food cost control, and inventory management.

·      Supervise canteen daily operations including VIP lunch arrangements and ensure smooth meal service.

·      Ensure food quality, taste and timely serving at counter.

·      Prepare and share the daily food cost report.

·      Monitor daily headcount through the automation system.

·      Maintain daily records of food production, food served, balance quantity, and food wastage; analyze trends.

·      Verify incoming materials for quality, quantity, and specifications.

·      Ensure proper raw material sorting, vegetable washing, sorting, segregation, and hygienic storage.

·      Maintain inventory

a.       Food items, groceries, vegetables, cleaning materials, and consumables following FIFO and FEFO practices.

b.      kitchen equipment, utensils, crockery, cutlery, and serving items.

·      Ensure compliance standards w.r.t food safety, hygiene, and sanitation.

·      Maintain daily operational checklists.

·      Prepare and execute the kitchen deep cleaning schedule.

·      Ensure cleanliness of kitchen, dining area, store, and food preparation areas.

·      Monitor food storage temperatures and proper handling of food.

·      Any Graduate with 7+ years of experience in industrial canteen.
