This is a full-time, on-site role for a Food & Beverage (F&B) Service Associate located in Madurai. The F&B Service Associate will assist in providing outstanding service to guests by managing food and beverage orders, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining cleanliness. Responsibilities include attentive customer service, coordinating with kitchen staff, addressing guest inquiries, and ensuring a welcoming dining experience in alignment with the hotel’s service standards.

• Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
• Exceptional customer service skills to deliver a positive dining experience for guests
• Effective communication skills for conveying information clearly and professionally
• Basic analytical and problem-solving skills for addressing guest needs and improving service
• Knowledge of basic finance, such as handling billing and payment processes, is an advantage
• Ability to multitask and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in food and beverage service or hospitality is preferred
