Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day F&B service operations within the corporate office
- Ensure luxury hospitality service standards are consistently met
- Supervise stewards and pantry staff; manage duty rosters and grooming standards
- Coordinate with kitchen and vendors for timely and high-quality food service
- Handle VIP services, boardroom meetings, and executive dining requirements
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and FSSAI compliance at all service areas
- Monitor inventory, pantry supplies, and minimize wastage
- Train staff on luxury service etiquettes and SOPs
- Address service-related issues and ensure prompt resolution
- Support management with reporting and service improvements
Key Skills:
- Experience as F&B Captain / Senior Steward preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of service etiquette, hygiene standards, and guest handling
- Well-groomed, professional, and customer-focused
