F&B Associate

As a Food & Beverage Associate at Mirth Resorts & Residences, you will deliver warm, attentive, and personalized service throughout every dining experience. From setup to service, you will ensure that each meal reflects Mirth’s hallmark blend of luxury, care, and authenticity — leaving guests with lasting impressions of comfort and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the setup and service of meals across villas and dining venues.
• Provide professional, courteous, and personalized guest service at all times.
• Maintain F&B hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation standards.
• Coordinate with kitchen and housekeeping teams for timely service execution.
• Replenish supplies, linens, and service equipment as needed.
• Handle guest requests and feedback with grace and efficiency.
• Support special dining setups, events, or themed experiences.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or certification in F&B Service or Hotel Management preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in restaurant or resort service (luxury/boutique preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, grooming, and genuine passion for hospitality.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts and assist across villa operations when needed.
