Job Description
Falcon Developer (ISG) FICO DM + PLOR (Decision Management & Predictive Analytics) Core Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain FICO Decision Management (DM) models and PLOR components. Implement decision flows, rulesets, decision tables, and predictive models. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements. Manage end-to-end project lifecycle for DM implementations, including CI/CD practices. Optimize decision strategies and monitor model performance. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and implement risk management frameworks. Required Skills Strong knowledge of FICO DM tools: Decision Trees, SRL, Business Terms Manager. Hands-on experience with PLOR, APIs, XML, JSON, Postman. Proficiency in OOP languages (Java, Python, .NET). Familiarity with Karate testing, CI/CD pipelines. Strong data analytics and predictive modeling expertise. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor?s degree in IT, Finance, or related field. 5?8 years of experience in FICO DM or similar roles. Excellent communication and leadership skills for team and stakeholder management
