Factory Finance Controller – Refurbished Business

Location: Dubai, UAE - Onsite

Industry: Refurbishment Operations

Our client is looking for an experienced Factory Finance Controller to lead plant-level finance operations within a high-volume refurbished device business. The role focuses on factory P&L, cost structures, operational finance, and margin improvement while closely partnering with operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage factory-level P&L, costing structures, and financial controls
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Drive cost accounting, variance analysis, and margin improvement initiatives
• Partner with operations teams to improve efficiency and performance KPIs
• Oversee inventory governance, ERP systems, and compliance standards
• Support capex planning, audit readiness, and operational reporting

Requirements

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory
• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing or plant finance
• Strong expertise in standard costing, FP&A, and variance analysis
• Hands-on ERP experience (SAP / Oracle / NetSuite preferred)
• Strong analytical, leadership, and business partnering skills
