Role Description The Facilitator role at SoulAce is a part-time, on-site position based in Udham Singh Nagar. The Facilitator will conduct sessions and workshops with local communities and stakeholders to support CSR projects, using participatory methods to gather insights and encourage engagement. This role involves coordinating program activities, explaining project objectives, collecting feedback, and documenting observations to support monitoring and evaluation efforts. The Facilitator will collaborate with project teams, NGOs, and corporate partners, assisting in organizing events, community meetings, and training sessions. The position requires regular reporting on session outcomes and active contribution to improving the quality and impact of ongoing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong facilitation and training skills, with the ability to lead group discussions and interactive sessions.
• Experience in community engagement, stakeholder management, and working with NGOs or social sector projects.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to explain concepts clearly in local languages and in English.
• Basic skills in documentation, reporting, and data collection to support monitoring and evaluation activities.
• Understanding of CSR, social development, or related fields is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Udham Singh Nagar, including travel within nearby communities as required.
• Minimum education: bachelor’s degree in social work, development studies, humanities, or a related discipline (or equivalent relevant experience).
• Demonstrated reliability, ethical conduct, and commitment to promoting positive social impact.
