Role Description The Facade Project Control Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, responsible for overseeing planning, scheduling, and control of facade projects from inception to completion. This role coordinates with project managers, design teams, procurement, and site execution teams to align project timelines, resources, and budgets. The manager monitors project progress, identifies risks and variances, and implements corrective actions to maintain quality, cost, and time targets. Daily responsibilities include updating project control reports, managing documentation, preparing status dashboards, and supporting decision-making with accurate data and analysis. The role also involves stakeholder communication, ensuring that clients, contractors, and internal teams remain informed and aligned throughout each project.

Qualifications

• Experience in relevant field - 15-20 years is a must.
• Project Management skills, including experience working with Project Managers and managing multi-phase construction or facade projects.
• Project Leadership capabilities with a focus on guiding cross-functional teams and driving accountability across planning and execution.
• Planning and Project Control expertise, including scheduling, milestones tracking, cost monitoring, and risk management.
• Mandatory Proficiency with project management and planning software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools).
• Degree in engineering, construction management, architecture, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and adherence to quality standards.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with clients, consultants, and internal teams on-site in Delhi.
