Facade Designer

This is a full-time on-site role located in Kochi for a Facade Designer. The Facade Designer will be responsible for developing detailed shop drawings and façade design layouts, assisting in the selection of materials for cladding and glazing systems, and ensuring compliance with technical specifications and project requirements. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, liaise with project stakeholders, and contribute to the delivery of high-quality façade solutions for diverse projects.

• Proficiency in Shop Drawings and creating accurate, detailed documentation for façade projects
• Hands-on experience in Façade Design, including innovative and functional façade solutions
• Knowledge of Cladding and Glazing systems, materials, and installation techniques
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
• Familiarity with industry standards, codes, and project compliance requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in architecture, engineering, or a related field
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) is an advantage
• Previous experience in façade or cladding design for construction projects is preferred
