Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Fabrication Fitter role based in Vadodara. The Fabrication Fitter will be responsible for assembling and fitting metal components based on technical drawings, ensuring precision and quality. You will operate a variety of fabrication tools and machinery, conduct quality checks, and collaborate closely with engineers and team members to meet project specifications and deadlines. Adherence to safety standards and maintaining a clean and efficient work area will also be key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical blueprints and fabrication drawings
• Hands-on experience with welding, cutting, and other metal fabrication tools and techniques
• Strong understanding of quality control processes and attention to detail in assembly work
• Knowledge of workplace safety standards and ability to follow safety protocols
• Effective teamwork and communication skills to coordinate efficiently with fellow workers and engineers
• Previous experience in fabrication within the industrial or structural steel sector is preferred
