The opportunity We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with a strong background in IT tool implementation projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience , preferably within the finance or insurance sector , and will be responsible for managing and coordinating three concurrent projects . Qualification Requirement BE/Btech/ MBA (Finance) with Commerce or Engineering Background Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage IT tool implementation projects across multiple workstreams. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including business and technical stakeholders. Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and manage risks and dependencies. Provide regular updates to leadership and ensure alignment with business goals. Facilitate meetings, workshops, and documentation in French. Required Skills & Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management. Proven experience in finance or insurance-related IT implementations. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication skills in French (mandatory). Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. People Management Areas Directly manage team of 5-8 managers in one or more solution areas.
