Eyesight Surgeon

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Eyesight Surgeon role based in Hisar. The Eyesight Surgeon will perform ophthalmic examinations, diagnose eye conditions, and carry out appropriate surgical and non-surgical treatments. Daily responsibilities include conducting patient consultations, reviewing medical histories, planning and performing eyesight-related surgeries, and overseeing post-operative care and follow-up. The role also involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, maintaining accurate medical records, and adhering to clinical protocols and safety standards. The Eyesight Surgeon is expected to participate in continuous professional development and contribute to improving clinical processes and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in clinical Medicine, with the ability to assess patient histories and overall health status.
• Specialized expertise in Ophthalmology, including diagnosis and surgical management of eyesight-related conditions.
• Proficiency in general Surgery principles related to ophthalmic procedures and perioperative care.
• Awareness of related surgical domains such as Orthopedic Surgery and Plastic Surgery to support multidisciplinary case management.
• Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) and recognized postgraduate qualification in Ophthalmology (e.g., MS, MD, DNB), with valid medical registration.
• Hands-on experience performing eye surgeries and managing pre- and post-operative patients in a clinical setting.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient counseling skills, with a commitment to ethical and evidence-based practice.
• Ability to work on-site full time in Hisar and adapt to structured training and continuous learning environments.
