Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Export Pricing role based in Belāpur. The position involves preparing and reviewing export pricing proposals and quotations in line with company policies and market conditions. The role includes coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather cost, freight, and service information, ensuring accurate and competitive pricing for export shipments. Daily tasks also involve supporting export documentation processes, maintaining pricing records, monitoring international shipping rates, and assisting with customer queries related to export costs. The individual will work closely with customer service and operations teams to ensure timely, compliant, and cost-effective movement of goods.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Export and Import Export knowledge, with an understanding of international trade practices and regulations.
• Candidates should possess skills in Export Documentation, including preparation, verification, and maintenance of shipping and customs paperwork.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with clients, carriers, and internal teams.
• Candidates should possess basic analytical and numerical skills to calculate costs, compare freight rates, and support pricing decisions.
• Prior experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or export operations is preferred, along with familiarity with MS Excel and pricing tools.
• A diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, commerce, or a related field is beneficial.
• Ability to work accurately under time constraints, strong attention to detail, and a collaborative approach to problem-solving are important.
