Export Operations -AM/Senior Executive

Shift Timing: 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM (Hybrid)

Location: Mumbai

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to handle USA export operations with a strong focus on ISO Tank (Tank Container) logistics. The role involves managing end-to-end export shipments, ensuring compliance, and coordinating tank movements for liquid and chemical cargo.

• Manage end-to-end export shipments to the USA via ocean and air.
• Prepare and verify export documentation (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, COO, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with US export regulations and international trade laws.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers.
• Track shipments and provide timely updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Handle exceptions, delays, and resolve operational issues efficiently.

• Manage ISO Tank export operations for liquid and chemical shipments.
• Coordinate with tank operators, depots, surveyors, and cleaning stations.
• Monitor tank availability, positioning, and movement.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and handling procedures for hazardous/non-hazardous cargo.
• Oversee tank loading, cleaning, maintenance, and turnaround timelines.
• Handle documentation related to tank shipments (Tare weight, cleaning certificates, EIR, etc.).
• Work closely with trucking teams for tank movement and drayage.

• Supervise and guide the operations team for smooth execution.
• Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Warehouse, Finance).
• Ensure SOP adherence and process improvements.
• Prepare operational reports and performance metrics.

• 3–6 years of experience in USA Export Operations.
• Hands-on experience in ISO Tank / Tank Container Operations.
• Strong knowledge of export documentation and compliance.
• Understanding of hazardous cargo handling and safety norms.
• Knowledge of Incoterms, HS Codes, and customs procedures.

• Experience in logistics / freight forwarding / chemical logistics.
• Familiarity with tank operators and depot networks.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in night shift aligned with USA time zones.
