Job Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Export Executive to manage export documentation, international client coordination, logistics planning, and shipment execution. The candidate will support the company’s global trade operations and ensure smooth processing of export orders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle export documentation including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Bill, Certificate of Origin, and other regulatory documents.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA, shipping lines, and logistics partners for smooth shipment handling.
- Communicate with international clients and distributors regarding orders, dispatch schedules, and documentation.
- Prepare Proforma Invoices, Quotations, and Export Order confirmations.
- Track shipments and maintain regular updates with clients and internal teams.
- Maintain proper records of export orders, documentation, and shipping details.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, export procedures, and documentation standards.
- Coordinate with purchase, accounts, warehouse, and production teams for timely dispatch.
Required Skills:
- Graduation in Commerce / Business Administration / International Business / Supply Chain.
- 1 years experience in Export Documentation, International Trade, or Export Operations.
- Knowledge of export procedures, INCOTERMS, logistics coordination, and international shipping.
- Good communication skills for international client handling.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and email communication.
