Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Export Documentation role based in Morbi. The position involves preparing, reviewing, and managing export documentation in line with regulatory, customs, and client requirements. The role includes coordinating with internal teams, shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customers to ensure timely and accurate documentation. Daily tasks include creating invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and other export-related documents, as well as maintaining records and tracking shipment status. The role also requires responding to customer queries, supporting the export process, and helping resolve documentation or shipment issues promptly.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Export Documentation, with strong attention to detail and familiarity with international trade requirements.
- Candidates should possess skills related to Export and Import Export processes, including knowledge of shipping terms, incoterms, and customs procedures.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to coordinate effectively with clients, logistics partners, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to handle inquiries professionally and support positive client experiences.
- Relevant experience in export/import operations or logistics, ideally in a manufacturing or trading environment.
- Ability to work on-site in Morbi, manage multiple shipments, and meet deadlines under time-sensitive conditions.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic documentation software; familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.
- Diploma or degree in Commerce, Business, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
