Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain custom WordPress websites for businesses and eCommerce stores using WooCommerce. Create highly functional, interactive, and visually appealing websites, ensuring they align with client requirements and brand aesthetics. Optimize websites for high performance, speed, and SEO. Develop custom plugins as required for website features, integrations, or functionalities. Ensure seamless integration of third-party tools, plugins, and API services. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to website functionality and performance. Perform website updates and maintenance, including WordPress core updates, plugin updates, and security enhancements. Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to deliver an exceptional web experience for clients. Stay updated with the latest web development trends, WordPress best practices, and plugin development standards. Key Qualifications: Proven experience as a WordPress Developer with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in business websites, WooCommerce stores, and plugin development. Proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL. In-depth knowledge of WordPress themes, plugins, and custom post types. Expertise in WooCommerce setup, customization, and optimization for eCommerce websites. Strong understanding of website performance tuning, including caching, image optimization, and minimizing load times. Experience with developing custom WordPress plugins and understanding plugin architecture. Experience with SEO best practices and integrating SEO plugins like Yoast or RankMath. Familiarity with security protocols and website maintenance best practices. Knowledge of version control tools like Git is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
