Ciklum is looking for a Expert JavaScript Engineer to join our team full-time in India. About the role: As a Expert JavaScript Engineer, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow. Responsibilities: Develop and enhance the front-end for Analytics applications within the financial and commercial domains, ensuring a high-quality user experience for executive-level stakeholders Collaborate with product owners, designers, and backend engineers to translate user stories and business requirements into robust, scalable front-end solutions Build and maintain responsive, high-performance web interfaces using React (primary) or Angular (secondary) frameworks Ensure code quality, reusability, and maintainability through best practices, code reviews, and adherence to development standards Integrate front-end components with backend services and APIs built on FastAPI, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB Leverage data visualization and analytics libraries to present financial and commercial insights in a user-friendly manner Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and cross-platform compatibility Work independently as an individual contributor (IC), delivering assigned user stories with minimal supervision Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data integration from platforms such as Snowflake and SnowPark Participate in the end-to-end development lifecycle, from requirement analysis and technical design to deployment and maintenance Conduct unit testing and debugging to ensure high reliability and system stability Stay updated with modern JavaScript frameworks, tools, and best practices, contributing to continuous improvement of the development process Requirements: Experience with backend development such as FastAPI, as well as knowledge of PostgreSQL and MongoDB React primary skill/Angular-secondary optional--- as currently the app is in Angular Good to have full stack experience or a view until the backend, but primary work will be in react Expecting a resource to be 6-7 years- no guidance availabl Integrations in the product, good to have, but will have to pickup to deliver the project- SNOWflake, Data - Financial and Commercial, Deployment- SnowPark What`s in it for you?
