Job Description
Visit.org is looking for a passionate and ambitious Experiential Event Specialist to join our Mexico or India remote team. The Position will own the planning and execution of live, immersive experiences that connect people to a cause or message. The right candidate will be creative, action driven, have an entrepreneurial spirit, extreme passion for our mission, and the energy and discipline to come in and be a builder in a start-up tech environment.
Please note: This is a remote contract role (40 hours/week, 8 hours/day, invoiced monthly) Mexico/India-based. Working Hours: 8 am EST - 5 pm EST; 2 pm- 11 pm (GMT+1)

Responsibilities:
- Design and manage in-person or hybrid experiences (volunteer events, conferences,
- activations, pop-ups, employee engagements)
- Own the event from idea → monitor execution → followup for wrap-up
- Manage production timelines and content logistics
- Coordinate internal stakeholders (marketing, leadership, partners)
- Ensure the experience feels intentional, engaging, and aligned with clients goals
- Oversee on-site execution and troubleshoot in real time in regards to content
- Measure success (engagement, feedback, impact)
- Proactive, multi-tasker and flexible to jump in to roles not yet defined
- 3 years + leading experiential event production
- Strong grasp of the English language
- Strong Project management skills
- Experience creating event production rundowns
- Creative thinking and implementation + attention to detail
- Strong communication and leadership
- Stakeholder management and relationship skills
- Build partner confidence through professional creative design dialogue
- Calm problem-solving under pressure
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Passion for our mission and the desire to make an impact in the world through technology
- Experience with tools like Adobe Suite and Canva a plus
- Experience with Monday.com a plus
