Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Assurance Engineer, located in Pokhara. The QA Engineer will:

• Perform test execution and ensure software quality.
• Conduct manual testing and create comprehensive test cases.
• Collaborate with the development team to identify, document, and resolve bugs.
• Continuously improve testing processes and strategies.
• Execute software testing to ensure the delivery of high-performing solutions.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Test Execution and Quality Assurance practices.
• Expertise in Manual Testing and creating Test Cases.
• Strong knowledge of Software Testing principles.
• Experience with test automation tools (a plus).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  
  

Competitive Salary: Rs. 1.2 – 1.8 Million/year

Requirement: Ability to work night shifts in the Pokhara Office (US Time Zone).

Bonus: Workato experience is advantageous.
