This role is ideal for a proactive sales professional who enjoys prospecting, developing new business, and building long-term client partnerships. As a Market Advisor, you will cultivate and grow your own book of business while collaborating within a high-performing, team-oriented culture.

What You Bring:

  • 3+ years of sales experience in a third-party logistics (3PL) environment
  • Demonstrated success in prospecting, closing deals, and managing client relationships
  • Strong negotiation skills and a solution-oriented mindset
  • Competitive drive with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team

📍 Location: Onsite at our headquarters in Bellevue, KY — just minutes from downtown Cincinnati.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities
  • Conduct outbound sales calls and client outreach
  • Close new accounts and expand existing partnerships
  • Negotiate rates and terms with customers
  • Coordinate and monitor shipments to ensure exceptional service
