As an Experienced Associate in Organizational Change Management, you will engage with clients to develop and implement strategies that optimize their workforce and enhance organizational effectiveness. Within our Management Consulting practice, you will focus on aligning organizational structures with strategic goals, driving long-term success for our clients. As an Associate, you will contribute to client projects by developing your skills and knowledge, delivering quality work, and building meaningful client connections. You will be expected to navigate complex situations, embrace ambiguity, and use these challenges as opportunities for growth.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will craft and implement tailored solutions to enhance change adoption and facilitate smooth transitions. You will design comprehensive communication plans to engage stakeholders effectively and identify training needs to support successful change initiatives. Your work will involve conducting assessments, developing engagement plans, and establishing key performance indicators to evaluate the success of change initiatives. By staying up to date with the latest trends in organizational change management, you will contribute to innovative approaches and methodologies, enhancing your personal brand and the firm's reputation.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing change management strategies to support client transformation initiatives
  • Conducting change impact and readiness assessments to inform engagement plans
  • Designing and executing communication strategies to enhance stakeholder engagement and understanding
  • Creating personas and journey maps to tailor change management approaches
  • Identifying potential barriers to change and formulating mitigation strategies
  • Establishing key performance indicators to evaluate the success of change initiatives
  • Designing comprehensive training plans to address identified training needs
  • Utilizing advanced instructional design techniques to promote effective learning and development
  • Engaging with stakeholders to foster commitment and understanding of change management processes
  • Collaborating with teams to deliver client engagements and address client needs
  • Leveraging GenAI tools to enhance productivity and problem-solving capabilities
  • Staying informed on the latest trends in organizational change management
  • Contributing to proposal development with innovative approaches and methodologies
  • Building and maintaining internal relationships to enhance the PwC brand
  • Adapting to changing priorities and business needs while working across time zones

What You Must Have

  • MBA or master’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Sociology, Psychology, or related fields of study (preferably from premier B-Schools).
  • 2-4 years of prior relevant work experience.
  • At least a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 2 years of experience
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

  • Certifications in Organizational Change Management, such as Prosci, or any certifications in Instructional Design or Learning Solutions, are considered a plus.
  • Experience in Consulting (preferably experience in Human Capital, Change & Communication Management, Learning Solutions, HR Transformation, or related fields).
  • Proficiency in leveraging GenAI tools and capabilities (e.g., prompt engineering, AI-assisted analysis) to enhance productivity, problem solving, and delivery quality.
