Mandatory Skills: Salesforce Core, LWC, Integration Salesforce Experience Cloud Developers deliver best-in-class solutions on the Salesforce Experience Cloud platform, with a strong focus on advanced content management and digital experience delivery. This role partners with internal and external teams to implement, enhance, and support Experience Cloud projects, leveraging Salesforce Enhanced CMS for robust content authoring, management, and distribution. Key Responsibilities Technical Implementation Design, code, and test solutions using Experience Builder and custom Lightning Web Components (LWC) Integrate REST APIs, Connect APIs, and content delivery APIs for seamless content distribution Manage and move content between orgs using content keys for export/import Build, publish, unpublish, and delete various content types (e.g., news, images, documents) Manage and organize content using manual and dynamic collections Apply taxonomy tags to categorize and organize content for optimal discoverability Create and manage CMS workspaces to organize and share content across teams Set up and manage channels for targeted content distribution Develop and maintain content publication schedules Implement and oversee workflows for content approval and governance Collaboration & Communication Work closely with stakeholders, and cross-functional teams Communicate project status, escalate concerns, and proactively present solutions Ensure all deliverables meet technical requirements and client expectations Desired Candidate Profile Strong understanding of Agile methodologies Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Self-motivated, with strong time management and multitasking abilities Effective communicator and collaborator Technical & Soft Skills Hands-on experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud and Enhanced CMS Proficient in content creation, management, taxonomy, and workflow configuration Skilled in building custom LWC components and using Experience Builder Experience with REST APIs, Connect APIs, and integrating external content sources Solid understanding of Salesforce data models, Apex programming, SOQL, Triggers, and automation tools Familiarity with web technologies (JavaScript, jQuery, CSS) Data management expertise, including content migration and analytics
