Job Description
Key Responsibilities Handle calls and emails from corporate clients regarding business travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and visa assistance. Provide travel solutions based on company policies, cost-effectiveness, and traveler preferences. Manage itinerary changes, cancellations, refunds, and rebookings as per client requests. Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and travel vendors to ensure smooth travel experiences. Address and resolve travel-related issues such as missed flights, booking errors, or emergency travel needs. Maintain and update customer travel profiles and ensure compliance with corporate travel policies. Work with internal teams to provide customized travel solutions for high-value clients. Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Stay updated with industry trends, airline policies, and travel regulations.
