βοΈ Talent Acquisition & Bulk Hiring β Build strong pipelines and ensure timely hiring for critical roles
βοΈ Employee Engagement β Drive initiatives that boost morale, culture, and belonging
βοΈ Onboarding & Induction β Deliver smooth and impactful new-joiner experiences
βοΈ Performance Management (PMS) β Enable a high-performance culture with structured systems
βοΈ HR Audits & Compliance β Ensure statutory and policy compliance with best practices
βοΈ HR MIS & Reporting β Strengthen decision-making through accurate data insights
πΉ Who Weβre Looking For
β 5+ years of experience in HR (preferably in manufacturing)
β Full-time MBA/BBA (HR) β Mandatory
β Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence at all levels
β Passion for people-centric HR with a practical, process-driven approach
