Job Title: Stores Executive – Solar EPC Projects (Site)

Location: Project Site – Bikaner-Rajasthan

Experience Required: 2–5 Years

Job Summary

We are looking for a Stores Executive with 2–5 years of experience, preferably in solar EPC, construction, or infrastructure project sites. The candidate will be responsible for managing site stores, handling material receipts and dispatch, maintaining inventory records, and ensuring proper storage of project materials.

The role requires coordination with procurement, project teams, and site engineers to ensure timely availability of materials for smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Store Operations
- Manage daily store activities at the project site.
- Handle material receiving, inspection, and proper storage.
- Maintain inventory records for all incoming and outgoing materials.
Material Management
- Monitor stock levels and ensure availability of required materials for project activities.
- Issue materials to site teams as per approved requisitions.
- Track usage of materials such as solar modules, structures, cables, electrical components, and construction materials.
Documentation & Record Keeping
- Maintain GRN (Goods Receipt Note), material issue records, and stock registers.
- Ensure accurate inventory updates in ERP or inventory management systems.
- Prepare daily and weekly store reports.
Coordination with Site Teams
- Coordinate with procurement teams for timely material deliveries.
- Support project engineers and supervisors with material requirements.
- Ensure smooth communication between site stores and corporate procurement teams.
Inventory Control
- Conduct regular stock verification and inventory audits.
- Identify and report material shortages, damages, or discrepancies.
- Ensure proper storage and safety of materials to avoid losses.
Compliance & Safety
- Ensure materials are stored according to company standards and safety guidelines.
- Maintain clean and organized store areas at the site.
- Follow company policies related to inventory control and documentation.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Commerce, or Any Graduate.
- 2–5 years of experience in store management, preferably in solar EPC, construction, or infrastructure projects.
- Experience working at project sites handling materials and inventory.

Preferred Skills

- Experience handling materials used in solar ground-mounted EPC projects.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems or ERP software.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of material handling and storage procedures.
