Executive / Senior Executive – Product Development (Beauty)

Role Summary

Execute product builds across formula, packaging and vendor coordination from sample through production and shipment. You’ll keep documentation tight, timelines moving, and cross-teams synced.

(Sr. Executive = larger/complex projects + deeper vendor autonomy; no direct reportees.)

What You’ll Do

 Project execution: Drive samples → stability/compatibility → pilot → mass production; own trackers, MOMs, GRNs, COAs, MSDS, shade cards, die-lines, BOMs.

 Supplier coordination: Manage labs, fillers, and pack vendors for samples, quotes, lead times, and dispatches; chase artwork and pre-press approvals.

 Regulatory & labeling basics: Prepare/verify INCI, net content, Mfg/Use-by, cautions, claims footnotes, barcodes per market pack. Escalate edge cases to Manager/Regulatory.

 Logistics handoffs: Align with Planning/Warehouse on POs, inbounds, QC sampling, and ASN/documents; support import/registration documentation as guided.

 Data hygiene: Maintain PLM/Sheet, timelines, test results, COGS, vendor scorecards.

 Cross-functional support: Prep decks, cost sheets, sample boards; coordinate shoots/shade checks with Brand/Design.

 Quality support: Log defects, coordinate CAPA with QA/vendor; monitor first-pass yield during pilot.

 Process improvement: Identify bottlenecks and propose SOP tweaks.
