Role Description The Executive / Senior Executive will be responsible for managing and growing business relationships with buyers and suppliers, ensuring a smooth experience on the IndiaMART platform. Day-to-day activities include engaging with clients through calls and in-person meetings, explaining platform features and benefits, onboarding new suppliers, and supporting existing users with their queries and requirements. The role involves meeting defined targets for lead generation, conversions, and customer satisfaction, while maintaining accurate records of interactions and follow-ups. The Executive / Senior Executive will collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues, provide feedback on market trends, and contribute to process improvements. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gola.

Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with business owners and decision-makers.
- Customer service and relationship management capabilities, including handling queries, resolving concerns, and maintaining long-term client engagement.
- Basic sales and negotiation skills, with an understanding of lead conversion, upselling, and achieving performance targets.
- Comfort with digital platforms, online marketplaces, and standard office productivity tools (e.g., MS Office, email, CRM systems).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Graduate degree in any discipline; a background in business, commerce, or marketing is an advantage.
- Prior experience in sales, customer support, or business development, preferably in B2B or online marketplace environments, is beneficial.
- Willingness to work on-site in Gola and travel locally as required for client meetings.
