Job Description

Executive RM Configuration Key Responsibilities Design, document, and uphold effective configuration management protocols. Tailor system configurations to align with business needs and functional specifications. Collaborate across departments to implement changes seamlessly and minimize operational impact. Conduct thorough testing and validation of configuration changes to ensure intended outcomes and system stability. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system configurations. Maintain compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements in all configuration activities. Preferred Skills & Attributes: Graduate or Master's degree in a relevant field, with 1?2 years of hands-on experience in Python and SQL. In-depth knowledge of the Navitaire Passenger Service System (PSS). Hands-on experience with tools such as Utilities, NDP, Sky Fare, Sky speed, Go Now, and Sky Schedule. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. High attention to detail and accuracy in work. Solid understanding of fare filing processes using Sky Fare. Technical Proficiency (Must-Have): Practical experience with programming languages and technologies including Python, JSON, and SQL.
