Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Executive, Accounts Development is the first point of contact for prospective members at COWRKS, handling inbound and outbound enquiries, qualifying leads, and driving conversions while maintaining accurate CRM data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for all prospective new members looking for desk solutions at COWRKS workspaces
- Explain COWRKS products and services to potential customers while effectively communicating the COWRKS brand value
- Manage both inbound and outbound calls to qualify desk and non-desk related enquiries and convert them into opportunities on Salesforce
- Deliver scripted sales pitches and customize conversations based on individual customer requirements via phone calls and emails
- Schedule walkthroughs for the sales team with qualified prospects
- Build and manage a strategic sales pipeline for priority buildings and markets
- Follow up with customers post initial interaction to drive engagement and closure
- Maintain data hygiene and accurately track leads and activities on the Sales CRM platform (Salesforce)
- Analyse sales data to identify opportunities for process improvement and support sales targets
Essential Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls
- Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
Key Performance Indicators:
- Lead qualification and opportunity creation rate
- Conversion rate from enquiries to walkthroughs
- Revenue generated from desk and non-desk workspace solutions
- Accuracy and timeliness of CRM data and reporting
Experience & Education qualifications
- Experience – 2+ years of experience in inside sales, account development, or revenue roles
- Experience in coworking, real estate, or B2B services is an advantage
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
