Location: Irbid, Jordan

We are looking for a dynamic Executive – Production Planning to join our team and drive efficient factory operations through effective planning and coordination.

📍 Role Overview

The role involves executing, monitoring, and controlling production plans to ensure on-time delivery and optimal resource utilization, while working closely with cross-functional teams.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Executing and manage detailed production plans to meet delivery timelines
• Coordinate with merchandising, cutting, sewing, and finishing teams
• Monitor WIP and track production status regularly
• Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
• Maintain planning reports, dashboards, and management data
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in production processes

✅ Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in production planning (apparel industry preferred)
• Strong Excel and analytical skills
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems / planning tools (Fast React preferred)
• Good understanding of garment manufacturing processes
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
