The  Executive –

• Strong understanding of global material compliance regulations:
  • EU REACH
  • EU RoHS
  • TSCA
  • California Proposition 65
  • PFAS regulations
  • Conflict Minerals
  • SCIP (preferred)
• Ability to interpret new regulations and assess business impact.

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Materials,Electrical
• Understanding of:
  • Product BOMs (Bill of Materials)
  • Components and assemblies
  • Materials (Metals, Plastics, Elastomers, Coatings)
  • Manufacturing processes

3.Must understand:

• Drawing Reading
• Product BOM

• Supplier declaration collection
• Supplier follow-up
• Declaration validation
• Compliance certificate management
• Supplier communication

Experience in compliance platforms such as:

• Assent Compliance Manager or any other tool
• JAGGAER
• IMDS 
• SAP
• Windchill

• Excel (Advanced)
  • Pivot Tables
  • VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
  • Power Query (preferred)
• Power BI (preferred)
• Large data analysis
• Dashboard preparation

Experience preparing and reviewing:

• Supplier declarations
• Material declarations
• Certificates of Compliance
• SDS/MSDS
• Technical documentation

• Supplier communication
• Cross-functional collaboration
