Executive Pricing

We are looking for a Pricing Executive with hands-on experience in the freight forwarding industry to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of freight pricing, vendor coordination, and customer quotation management for both import and export shipments.

Responsibilities

Prepare and provide competitive freight quotations for air and sea shipments

Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, overseas agents, transporters, and vendors for rate procurement

Negotiate freight rates and service terms with vendors

Handle pricing for import and export shipments across different modes of transport

Maintain and update freight rate sheets, tariffs, and vendor databases

Support the sales team with timely and accurate pricing solutions

Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to offer competitive quotes

Ensure all quotations are prepared as per customer requirements and company guidelines

Follow up on quotations and support in conversion of inquiries to business

Maintain proper records of pricing, approvals, and customer communications

Qualifications

2–4 years of experience in pricing within freight forwarding / logistics industry

Strong understanding of air freight, sea freight, and inland transportation pricing

Good knowledge of import/export operations and shipping terms

Familiarity with Incoterms and freight costing structure

Strong negotiation and communication skills

Good analytical and coordination abilities

Proficiency in MS Excel and email communication
