FBP Payments and Reconciliation.
Well-versed with end-to-end India payroll processing through SAP, Employee Separations, various Salary Reimbursement Payouts and Query Management.
Processing of Full and Final settlements including calculation Leave encashment, LTA, Gratuity and other statutory compliances.
Responsibility of Payroll processing (Plant level) including collecting various information of plants, Loan processing, inputting, verification of output, forwarding pay slips together with tax computation to employees and resolving their queries if any.
Processing of monthly salary Reimbursement and finalization of balances.
Payment of Statutory dues including TDS, Prof. Tax, Provident Fund, ESIC and LWF etc.
Finalization and issuance of Form 16.
Payroll SAP Development testing, Reconciliation of various GLs and other mandatory payroll compliance.

Prepare monthly / quarterly Payroll MIS & Analysis & Maintaining Grade wise CTC reports on monthly basis.
