Role Description

The Executive Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the operational processes of The Chennai Tuition to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across all functions. Key duties include project management, supervising branch performance, coordinating with instructors and staff, streamlining workflows, and ensuring adherence to company policies. The role entails managing short-term and long-term operational goals, resource allocation, and facilitating communication between departments. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Virudhunagar.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational, time management, and team leadership skills
• Proficiency in project management and strategic planning
• Effective communication and relationship building with cross-functional teams
• Problem-solving abilities, decision-making skills, and adaptability to dynamic environments
• Familiarity with e-learning technologies and educational systems is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or equivalent field (Master’s preferred)
• Previous experience in a managerial or operational role is preferred
• Proficiency in computer applications and data analytical tools
