Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Executive Housekeeper to lead housekeeping operations across our resort properties. The role requires strong leadership, operational control, and a passion for maintaining exceptional cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction in a 4–5 star resort environment.

Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum 8 + years of experience as an Executive Housekeeper
• Experience in 4–5 star hotels, resorts
• Diploma in Hotel Management / Housekeeping / Hospitality
• Proficiency in MS Word & Excel
• Working knowledge of IDS preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
• Physically fit to manage demanding operational schedules

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and supervise housekeeping teams
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation across the property
• Implement and monitor housekeeping SOPs
• Manage linen, uniforms, cleaning supplies, and inventory control
• Ensure timely room readiness and coordination with Front Office
• Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally
• Coordinate housekeeping for weddings, conferences, and special events
• Maintain housekeeping equipment and ensure safety compliance

• Guest satisfaction scores (cleanliness & hygiene)
• Room readiness turnaround time
• Linen and inventory cost control
• Staff productivity and attrition levels
• Audit and compliance scores
